believe it or not your not the only one who goes through it. i thought about death alot when i was your age. in fact i acted on it too, two times too many. i thought that death and i had a strong connection that death was no longer a subject but had a tangable and human figure to it. that it was alive. you need to talk to people let it out dont keep it in it will eat you alive. if you need some one to talk to you can e-mail me at d10_m10@yahoo.com.

Normal teens think of death many times every day. In this respect you are normal. Many people get anxious over small things such as the weather, what to eat, how they look, etc. Maybe life sucks for you now 15 year old person but you are 15 aren't you? You cannot say that your life will suck at age 16 can you? You are going to feel really stupid if you kill yourself now and miss out on Mr. Right, kids, Christmases, parties, jokes, and the joys of life. Life sucks and life doesn't suck. It kind of depends on which day you're talking about. The worse times of my life have Always been followed by good times which were always followed by bad times, which were always followed by good times, which . . . Get it?

This sounds like the beginning of obsessive compulsive disorder. At this point it is considered pure O. You are getting anxious about things that didnt use to bother you, and you think of death (brooding, obssesive thought) a lot. I started out similarly with my ocd, thinking of death and hell with ideas taht i deserved to end up there.
best to nip it in the bud.
adolescense is a very common onset of OCD.

awwsss... maybe, it's just part of growing up --- you're anxious about a lot of things because there are many changes happening that are new to you. cheer up! it's not yet the end of the world, embrace your growth --- be happy for whatever you are right now..

It sounds like difficulties that most teenagers experience. My advice would be to look into mindfulness training and relaxation training. Don't pressure yourself too much; being a teenager sucks.

You sound like somebody I know. That person was diagnosed with GAD - Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I would ask your parents to set up an appointment for you to speak to somebody about it. They could help if you're truly worried about it.
