In order to have twins or more you must either a) have multiple fertilized eggs or b) one the egg has been fertilized it splits. As far as I know .....
The egg spliting is a natural phenomenon.....Your wife can take meds that will stimulate her egg production and that could result in multiple births.

Your odds are already very good. The older the mother the more likely the chance of multiple pregnancy. I am 36 and just had twins. Don't forget this is a very high risk way of going about things if that is what you are wanting. If it does happen at her age the chance of her being on hospital bedrest for months is very high as well as having premature babies that stay in the NICU for months after being born. Why don't you just try to have a healthy baby. You will get what you should get from nature.

i wanted twins too after i replaced into as quickly as youthful. I figured have a boy and a woman. Knock it out at one time.
