During "that time" your body starts taking on water and fluids and a total change takes place. If you tend to take on too much it "shows in different places". Some in their feet, some in their hands, Yours just happens to be in your digestive system. Cramping and bloating and that just all comes with the "gift of being a woman."

Whoa, can you say tmi? I don't know but it sounds very uncomfortable, I seek the help of a medical professional if I were you. It's bad enough you're already miserable from the cramps soreness and not to mention the actual "flo" But to have to be worried about soiling yourself too? Now that's just too much!

Could be hormonal. Something sets off your intestins. Have that problem when my period starts. The cramps set off my stomach and off I go lol.
