I recently downloaded the Rosetta Stone German torrent and got the files. But they are very strange. Many many .PCT files and .TXT in many folders. How can I make it run. What do I need to do or download? Please help, and thanks in advance...

Most games, movies, etc are uploaded in parts, You will need to extract all the compressed files (most of the time WinRAR) into a folder and then burn it to a DVD and or CD's to install it, or use a Virtual drive to mount the image and install it.
You'll also more than likely need and noDVD/noCD patch to launch the game...
