The Suffering. It's a very dark game about an inmate who is the last survivor in a mental prison after the ghosts of some of the former inmates infest the rest of the prison. You also have a berserker rage form where you transform into a thing (for lack of a better term) with incredible strength.

It's called The Suffering. It's about this guy who gets thrown in jail and then all these monsters start poping up outta nowhere. it's really gory
