I have an Compaq Evo N800c, It had a defective ram chip that caused it to Freeze, I noticed that there has been a recall on it but whenever I click the links to the HP website about getting a replacement they come up dead. I also can't find anything about the Recall on the website, but there are plenty of Web News Articles about the recall. Any ideas?

If your computer is still under warranty, you should contact HP Tech Support. Also you can contact the place where you bought your computer and let them know about your defective RAM. They should have some information for you about how to obtain a replacement.
