My girl friend and i were having sex and when i went to pull out the condom fell off. I did not *** inside of her, but on the bed. She has been on birthcontrol for 16 days and has not missed one pill or been late. Do you think we are ok?

I think you're OK. Be sure to hold onto the condom when you pull out.... after you've done your business and layed there for a minute, your penis isn't as rigid as it was... plus the condom is now lubricated from the inside.
For extra precaution... maybe she should check out the "morning after pill"?

Good for you... practicing safe sex!

First of all, good for you for using a condom to prevent STDs. The condom combined with pill use are excellent at prevention of pregnancy, BUT you have a couple of things working against you. Being on the pill for 16 days will not prevent pregnancy. It takes at least a full cycle to gain protection. A condom that falls off during intercourse also does not prevent pregnancy, even if you "pull out". Chances are, despite these mishaps, that you guys are fine . . . but there's no way of knowing for sure right now. It's going to be tricky waiting for your girlfriends next period too, because being newly on the pill may cause her period to be a little messed up for the first few months. The only way to know for sure will be to wait a few weeks and take a test. Good luck to you!

I think that she should be fine, but remember I am not a doc. If her period is late, or irregular she will need to take a hpt. First response hpt detects pregnancy 5 days before period starts. Continue practicing safe sex and Good Luck!
