she tries to run your life?
Who's the mom and who's the daughter?

Take the responsibility. Your daughter didn't turn disrespectful over night. Somewhere along the way you allowed this behavior. Now, it is time to turn it around. Talk to her and tell her that she needs to be more respectful of you, and these are the new rules, and give her some [time] to figure it out and either change it, or move out. Tell her you love her, but that you also love yourself too much to allow her to treat you this way.

It must be really difficult for you but what you should think about is that it is probably quite difficult for her too. She is trying to bring her daughter up under your roof and I bet this isn't the way she would have chosen to do things either. If you show her you understand, she might try to meet you halfway. Don't do anything hasty or say something you might regret.

You need to have a talk with her and set some ground rules. You must be allowing her and her child to live with you so that means it is your house or apartment. She needs to shape up or move on! Be firm but assertive. it's your life!

Talk to her about it. Try to see if you can heal the relationship. Sometimes it is very challenging for adult kids to live at home and it causes great tension. I think you should sit down with her and discuss boundaries.

22? She needs to be out on her own.

Well that is according to what she tells you. If she tells you things to help or encourage you to do the right thing then listen to her. But if she treats you badly and is outright rude to you then you, as her mother, have to correct her and put her in her place because you would be giving her a bad habit.

You're the parent......parent! If shes 22 and still living at home with you.......she should be working, paying rent/utilities and abiding by YOUR rules....its your house.....

Good luck!

You should kick her fat little as.s out of your (probably dirty) apartment / RV / Trailer, wherever you live. Tell her to bring her filthy little daughter too.
