My sons names are Sean, Samuel and Aiden. I like Irish names so that is why I used Sean and Aiden. I think Sean patrick Connor is really cute. Samuel James would be cute too.

I don't really like Thomas James (TJ) much but that would work, too.

I absolutely adore Alastair (prefer Alastar or Alasdair though). A very charming name it is. I also adore Conor (this spelling) as well as Samuel, Sean, and Thomas. I'm bored with seeing James as a middle name. I also prefer the original Irish spelling, Ciaran instead of Kieran.
I think Conor Alastair would be intriguing and a true eye catcher. Zachary Kieran is heavy on the "k" sound if you say it. As is Sean Patrick Connor with the "Patrick Connor" part. I would avoid using Sean Connor due to a possible Sean Connery association.
Overall, a lovely set of names. All wonderful.

yes to Connor, Samuel & Roman. Definitely to Harrison (how adorable is that) Noah is good and so is Zachary, Kieran is strange, Michah & Marcus, not really. Thomas James yes (TJ no, but I'm not big on "initial" names) Alistair, not so much. Sean Patrick Connor more than Zachary Kieran. Good luck and congrats!

Loving these names! So solid and refreshing to see these rather than the tired Jaydens, Braedans and Aidans!
The only one I don't care for is Michah, although I do like Micah.
Combos I like are:
Roman Connor
Roman Alastair
Harrison Connor
Harrison Noah
Sean Roman
Sean Zachary
Sean Alastair
Noah Zachary
Noah Harrison
James Roman
James Alastair
James Harrison
My favorites are Roman Alastair and Harrison Conner.
Good luck!

I think Harrison, Cole or Connor are great if one of them actually happens to be your mother's maiden name or something linked to your histories, traditions or family lives.
Giving your child a name is a gift, not a game and it really shouldn't be based on a trend, like the new first names as last names thing. A name common between Irish and Jewish traditions is Malachy.
Another idea to to give a boy his grandfathers middle names as first and middle names. In the Jewish tradition, children are never named after the living and to remember someone, you take the first initial of their name to find a new one.
In any case, choose something with meaning to you, to your husband and to everyone. Make it a name to be proud of.

I have five boys and we have a common last name, so.... I tried to have a different, but not strange first name and used family names for the middle name. I like Harrison too. That was a name we considered. Good luck.
P.S. I have an Andrew, Benjamin, Calvin, Nathaniel, and Simon.

I too like Irish names. My daughter's name is Rowan. Had she been a boy her name would have been Gaelin Wayne.
I like Connor(getting real common), Keiran, Samuel, and Sean.
I also like Patrick, and Edward.
