Go to greenland or antarctica and cut a chunk for yourself! Oh, wait - there is none left!!

To get clear ice, you need to remove the residual air and impruities trapped in the water. Filter it befor freezing. When you make the ice, use a shallow container. The deeper the container, the more chance for the ice to become clouded. Good Luck!
