Well Everton are allowed to stay in with their crap ground aren't they? So there should not be a problem

theyre currently building a new 10000 all seater to replace layer road, from the artists drawings i saw it looks superb for what would be called a smaller ground.there was also talks of it not being completed in time then sharing with local team ipswich town who can host 31000 fans, hope this helps.

Yes they would go up but it has yet to be determined if they would play their home games at Layer Road or Portman Road.

but 10,000 isn't a lot for the premiership
Think they would need a least an 18/20000
to cope with higher wages etc.
