In scary movies it always amazes me that people always decide to go back in after some "thing".
If it is a pet? Probably, A half dead friend? Perhaps.

maybe if it is a person, yeah, no question. a pet, maybe, depends how attached i am to it, I'm not risking my life for a gerbal. A priceless artifact of some type hell yeah i'm going back in. I can smat out that monster for trillions of dollars. ;)

I'd go back after the pet, definitely, and most likely the friend or relative, but if it's something stupid like a flashlight or something, heck no.

Friend? Uh - how close are we?
Cell phone, purse, or any other personal possession: losing it or getting arms ripped off? Pass.
It is amazing, isn't it? But you gotta keep that plot (such as it is) moving.

....my computer...it is the lifeblood of my exsistance within the virtual world..without it, iam like a boat without a paddle or ham without burger...ill slay that monster no matter if he is 7 feet tall and weighs 1.000 pounds lol
