Just the other day.
How did it make me feel? Well since it came from my boss it felt more like: "Great job - hope these words suffice cause there still isn't any money to give you a raise right now - so hope the words are enough to keep you motivated and going the extra mile all the time even though we don't pay you what your worth".
(Phew! that felt good)

My boss can't be there to run the place all the time, so me and another girl run it for him. Everytime he can make it in he says "Good work. Thanks a lot". Sometimes it makes me feel real good. Sometimes I wonder if he is just saying it.................
