My goldfish got enteritis, many of them excrete long white stool, someone recomment that feed garlic can help that, I bought I bottle of minced garlic, which is content phosphric acid, does it harmful to goldfishes? or there is a better way to solve the problem? thanks

Not in those quantities, no. However I would recommend that you do 10-15% daily water changes to control the phosphorous content in the water, or you'll get a huge algae growth.

Many , many better ways to solve the problem. Clean up the tank by doing a large water change and make sure you have a proper food. Some type of Goldfish flakes or pellets will do nicely. Keep the tank and filter very clean and the problem should clear up on it's own.
