I have been having amdominal cramps all day in my lower abdomen between my hips. It is a sharp pain, kind of like a menustral cramp. It is just brief stabbing pain, then it dulls down then hurts again. I was in at the doctors yesterday for a checkup, and he said everything is fine, so I'm not worried about it too much. But, for those of you who also had ab pain during pregnancy, what helped it feel better, what did you do to deal with the achy, and sharp pains? Any tips for me?
Also, my doctor said I have a retroverted uterus, which means it tilts backwards towards my spine- if any of you had this condition during pregnancy, what did you do, what symptoms did you have, etc- how do I deal with the constant backache- my Dr wants me to take Neprosin to deal with the back pain but I'd rather find a natural way to feel better. thanks!

I did some research on the net and then said using a hot water bottle, taking a hot bath or drinking a hot cup of tea will help ease the pain.

Im having a problem with sharp pain as well and taking a hot bath helps me out.
