Is it still in business? If so, what is its present name and location? I have some stock issued in 1968, and wish to know whether it is still good.

Sorry, but I see nothing current of them. If you go to the State of New York business licesning records division, they should be able to allow you to search public records for any more recent trace of them, and you may, hopefully find they changed names or were bought out by someone else, still making your stock valid.
