Was your last period a normal period or was it unusually light and short? If it was, this could have been spotting and you could be pregnant and could have confused the spotting with menstruating. That would be the first thing I'd clear up.

Do you feel nauseated between meals or if you don't eat often enough/skip a meal? Have you been extremely thirsty recently? Do you hit a low about a half hour to an hour after eating something really sugary? Any unexplained weight gain/loss? These are all signs of abnormal sugar levels/fluctuations that could be attributed to diabetes or other problems, and you should speak to a doctor about how to treat it so you don't feel sick all the time.

If you're certain that you're not pregnant, be sure to eat frequently. Eat starchy foods that will stick with you longer and give you more energy. Have a snack on hand inbetween meals and maybe try to have a small snack before bed that will last you through the night in the meantime while you're waiting to talk to your doctor.

Like the previous answerers said, take a pregnancy test. Some unfortunate women have normal periods for the first few months.

Assuming you aren't pregnant, it could be an overnight blood sugar plunge. If it's serious enough to actually make you sick, you might want to check in with your physician... type II diabetes is becoming increasingly common, and recurrent nausea can indicate some other ailments. In the mean time, you might want to work on your diet... if you are going for long fasts between high-carb meals, your blood sugar will fluctuate more than if you eat several small meals daily with the correct balances of carbs, fat, and protein.

Take a pregnancy test.

I had my regular period for the first four months of my first pregnancy.

You may be pregnant.

I am 7 weeks pregnant right now and my morning nausea does not go away until I have a few sips of juice.

hi, i don't know the cause, you may have some hormonal problem, i don't know, but i don't think you have problems with your sugar because this is not a sign or symptom of hypoglysemia. do to your doctor and take care
