Maybe a reality tv show. I think he would be in the public eye a lot more. We see so many unique people today that he wouldn't be so grotesque to today's society. We might see the discovery channel's show on the surgery to save his life, or the Ripley's Believe It or Not episode with him. I think he would be happy into today's society.
Did you watch this movie last night too?

I have no doubts that he'd have a really hard time of it. He'd have the same sort of life as before, except he wouldn't join a freak circus (we don't have those anymore.) Probably live a life of seclusion rather than face daily ridicule and repulsion, or he'd get enough money to have plastic surgery (which, in this day and age, I can see him doing.)

There are people who live with deformities today. It sucks because people are very obsessed with beauty, but many of them live fulfilling lives.
