I caould not give you a definative answer but i do not see why not, as we have seen in the press, more and more child molesters - aunts, uncles, care assistants, teachers etc. - are being brought ot justice for crimes commited decades ago, i see no difference in this.

don't see why not, but speak to social services and the police, you will need as much support as possible, these cases can be very emotionally charged and you need stay strong.

contact the police as soon as possible. i have heard of cases like this coming to court years after and people being convicted
