Is it true that a 34B bust size is bigger or about the same as a 32C cup size?

The 32 or 34 indicates the size of the chest. You get this by measuring the chest under the breasts, and adding 5 inches to an odd number or four inches to an even number. Then you measure around the fullest part of the breasts: A difference of 1" more than the band size is an A cup, 2" is a B cup, 3" is a C cup, and so on.
That said, there's a lot of wiggle room in bras, which is why they usually have multiple hooks on the back. 34B and 32C are pretty close, and you can probably fit into either if you want. Theoretically, the 34 B girl has a bigger chest and smaller breasts than the 32 C girl.

34B is slightly bigger and will fit a 36 inch bust. 32C is more like a 34A, as they will both fit a 35 inch bust.
