Nice to meecha.

There's this place called Flying Arrow Sports in NY and they understand how archery is dying out nationwide. The problem it has is the same as Hockey, the industry keeps shortchanging itself for the buck rather than expanding its market and providing good service for their customers.

Think of the archery market as a pie that keeps getting smaller and smaller because there's more pie being eaten than there is new pie being baked. Currently some retailers (and some manufacturers) undercut their competition because it is easier to steal the competition's market share than it is to grow market share for one's self in the short term. In the long term, retailers do not want to grow market share because the cost of protecting the market share is too risky especially when that money could be invested into another industry.

Flying Arrow Sports is one of the exceptions to the rule and shows how capitalism works. The owners went to the leading manufacturers (i.e. Hoyt, Mathews, Martin, Bowtech) and told them that they had to get rid of the cheapskates by establishing a price floor.

Usually speaking, price floors are bad for an industry because they either discourage customers from purchasing products or they create monopolistic conditions which worsen the quality of those products. Here though, price floors are used to get rid of cheap retailers who do not no much about archery and are just trying to get a quick buck. What happens is the manufacturers set bottom market prices that retailers are allowed to sell their goods at. If a retailer then decides to go below the price, his accounts are frozen by that manufacturer and he is no longer given any bows to sell. Retailers are also given areas to sell their products in which do not interfere with each other so unnecessary competition does not ensue.

FAS is now a leading retailer (if not THE leader) in many categories ranging from total goods sold to annual customers serviced to annual open hours to overall net worth. Also, customers continue to flock to their doors because they genuinely appreciate the quality goods and service they are provided with as well as knowing that they aren't being ripped off. Furthermore, they've received international requests from customers as far away as Norway and Japan and have done business with famous people such as jazz artist Alex Bunyon, NBA basketball coach Pat Riley, and multimillionaire Paul Tudor Jones.

Wherever you're from, I suggest you check out their website in order to get a feel for their professional model so maybe some guys in your town can set up a similar establishment.

i will see 2 skill problems. One is the assumption of the main considerable villain (Pluto) because of the fact the hero's father. That develop into carried out until now in an particularly standard movie series: "movie star Wars". (bear in mind Darth Vader and Luke?) 2: the assumption of utilising Greek gods as characters, in a well-liked placing, and the hero as a son of a god, has been carried out those days interior the "Percy Jackson & the Olympians" e book series (which has been made right into a movie).
