You could try a 32D or 32DD and see how that fits. You may be wearing a band that is too big. If your under bust measurement is 28 or 29 inches, go with the 32 band size. HTH : )

Victoria's Secret is brilliant about this and they would be completely mature and sensitive about the subject. What I did was I went up to a sales person, not a person behind the counter, but one of the employees who was walking around the store. I said that I needed to purchase a bra, but didn't know what size to get. She had a tape measure around her shoulders (all Victoria's Secret employees should have one) and she escorted me to the dressing room. She measured me over my t-shirt while my current bra was still on. She then gave me two bra sizes to try out because sometimes the fit is different. I am a 36 D, but I can also wear a 38 C, so she gave me both options. (The general rule is that you can go up 2 inches and down 1 cup or down 2 inches and up one cup, so 34 DD = 36 D = 38 C.)
That might be your issue. You are probably a 36 B (in addition to being a 34 C). A 36 B bra might fit you a bit better. But either way, having someone professional measure you is not a big deal and Victoria's Secret is really good at it.

I would strongly recommend looking into Playtex bras. They have created one specifically for people that need half-sizes such as yourself. If you are doubtful if you know your true size, then being measured professionally is a good idea. As far as having to take your bra off, I'm not sure. I'd imagine that would be the best way to get the most accurate measurement, but there might be another way. Even if you end up having to, I wouldn't worry about it. The women that do the measuring have seen boobs of all shapes and sizes, and I'm sure yours aren't any worse or different than anyone else's. Good luck!

When you get measured in the store they wont ask you to take your bra or shirt off- unless you are wearing the too tight bra- you might want to take it off but leave your shirt on so they can get a correct measurement.
Or you can go online and see how to measure your self, but you can usually get a more acurate measurement if someone else measures you.

Go to Victoria's Secret and ask a salesperson to measure you... they won't make you take your shirt off but they will help you. Playtex also makes bras that are nearly C or likewise.

Maybe they're all just stuffing their bras... a B cup is a nice size, be happy with it.

Sometimes they meausre with a bra on sometimes without, if you feel self concience at all you can tell them, and they will let you leave it on, i would suggest a 36 or 38 b!
