Hi. Sometimes when i wear a 34B bra it is too tight (around the cup part but not the band part) so i decided to move up a cup size. Sometimes when i wear a 34C bra it is too big. Technically when i measure myself my bust is 37 inches and my band is 34 inches... so i should be a C, but the C bras are too big on me. What size should i i wear? Also, i wanted to get fitted at victoriassecret but i do no know how to approach the woman and ask her to measure me. How will they measure me? Do i have to take my bra off?

personally for bra fittings I prefer going to nordstroms than VS. not all bras are created equal. I normally wear a 38C in almost every brand, except DKNY which I wear a 38D.
at most stores, VS included, you can ask any person working there to measure you. I happen to think that department stores are more helpful. They can help you with the fit and if things like cup size are correct and how to properly wear the straps, etc. VS is not very good at that. It is quite possible you could be between sizes as well. So you will just need to try on as many styles as you can once you determine your true size.

There are many women with this problem - they are inbetween cup sizes. The assistants at Victoria's Secret will measure you correctly - and you don't have to take your bra off. Just make sure you wear a non-padded bra when you go, so they can take an accurate measurement. Just tell them you want to get measured, and you're looking for a bra that's a large B or small C.

You do leave your bra on. They usually approach you and ask what size you are looking for. Just say you are not sure, and they will measure for you. Every bra style, and brand is different. So do not feel bad. I have so many sizes in my collection. Just get sized and get the perfect bra!

P/S Hanes makes bra's that are 1/2 sizes too! So you could get a 34B 1/2!!! They are great!

Just ask to get measured, they do it all the time. You will be much happier once you find a bra that fits.

I would not get measured at Victoria Secret. They dont know what they are doing. Dillards, Macy's have ladies who actually get certified in this area. Victoria secret does not. They measured my daughter, twice, at a 36 C and bless her heart she is a 38DD. We did it twice just too see what another girl would come up with and there ya have it. They are not trained well.

either get a half size...or try a 32C or 36B...should be equivalent...also try going to victoria secret..the will measure (dont worry they do it with your clothes on) and tell you what size you really are.
