how come people dont say HBK is old but they say undertaker is???

I don't know HBK and Undertaker are 41 years old but that is not old it's because Undertaker looks older and HBK don't look his age and people that don't know HBK or Undertaker's age say that

Undertaker is a Phenom & HBK won his 1st WWE title against Bret when McMahon screwed Bret.

Its because Taker is a real legend with good moves and great story lines, hbk is just another wrestler. theres nothing special about him.
