If you have checked all the fuses under the dash and the hood the problem probably lies in the wiring. So check the wiring for cracks and rubs. If you're handy, you can get replacement guages and speedometers at a wrecking yard or a Pick-ur-part. as for the heat, change your rad capand/or the thermostat. Good Luck
