For me it's a Tie, only for Job Interviews, Weddings & Funerials.
(That's like 3-4 times in the last 5 years!)

A nice evening dress I bought about ten years ago (and I can still fit into). Comes out every couple of years or so for the one really posh function that I go to.

If it is clothing it gets worn. The only thing I can think of is a robe. I have them but never use them.
