My son updated our internet and now I can't find my file, edit, view. etc. bars! How do I get it back?

My son updated our internet to 9.0 or something and now my file, edit, view, options are gone..I want the old options back! Help!

right click at the top of the IE page (just below address bar)
then click on Menu bar
