I work out about three times a week, and would like some adaptations to my regimine to equal out their sizes. My doctor says everything is fine, so I know its nothing serious.

Shift the weight bar to the right a little so you have to work harder on that side.

At least your a guy, and not a girl who can flex her pec's. It burns fat, therefore if I work out too much, I loose my boobs.
