The answer to this question is all around you.Everything in creation was put here for an appointed term, meaning you, the trees, flowers, birds, and everything created. The problem a lot of people have with death, is not knowing what,s in store for them, actually, you don,t die, life is one,and continuous, the separation from this part is necessary for us to enter the final part of our existence. You probably can not remember when you were in the womb, but yet you were in there living and breathing.I would suggest you do some scriptural research from more than one source on the subject, and it will help take the sting out of the fact that we all will face that thing we call death, and adjust your living in this plane of existence,so that you may enjoy the other side of this life,if you are scared, try worship,if you pray do not worry. And please educate yourself on the grave, death, heaven, hellfire, the angels, and most important, the creator.May the peace and blessing that only the Creator can give be upon you.

That's always been a fascinating question and, in fact, an increasing number of bioscientists have come to the conclusion that dying doesn't have to be inevitable . Evidently they have discovered that living tissue has a kind of built in "off switch" at the chromosome level. Body cells can only replicate themselves so many times and then they hit the "switch-off" and that's it. It's pretty long and complex to get into here, but put simply, they are working at finding out how to disable the "off-switch". I'd say it's only a matter of time.
The real problem, of course, comes when they do. This ball of dirt we all live on is not self-expanding, and considering the way humans are destroying rain forests and vital creature habitat to make room for the out of control over-production of our species, I'd say we would all be in deep trouble if suddenly people stopped dying, don't you?
Next problem, therefore, would be... who gets to take the anti-death vaccine (or whatever), and whom do we determine has to just die the old fashioned way? The wealthy who can afford the treatment? Shall we put on the death list all those who have commited a certain serious level of crime? (well, I'd kind of go for that). What about those with serious physical or mental disabilities. I mean, they are just not very "cost-effective" to keep around for the next who knows how many years.
It would also mean, naturally, that we'd have to stop people reproducing. If nobody is dying, we can't just go on putting more and more and more humans on to the already overloaded planet.. Would a lot of fine, noble people step forward and volunteer NOT to r eceive the anti-death vaccine? "Well, I'm just a regular j oe. I haven't any special skills, and I'm no brainiac with an IQ off the charts. That's OK, I'll be glad to just go ahead and die the usual way."
Any volunteers for that? Don't everybody rush LOL.
Yep, that research is ongoing, and it IS only a matter of time. But we suuuuuuuure are going to have to brace ourselves for some radical changes in the way we think before they make the dramatic announcement that the "ultimate disease" has been conquered.
I say "we" but it won't be anyone alive today who has to confront that situation. I'd love it to happen in time for me to hear about it, of course, even though nothing would qualify me to go on the list of those considered deserving of the "never-die" fix. In reality, they probably wont get there for many more generations, and I will be long gone. But one thing is certain. It will happen.

Its like a time where the person is unable to function anymore for lists of reasons, some are accidental, some are the persons incapabilities, the list goes on. Its also nature's way of making room for other new people to come into this world, and to share a chunk of life of those who passed away. Its a cycle of life. Hope that helped, and live life!

In order to accomplish what we are sent here to learn, a short lifespan was decided (I don't know by who).
Each lifespan we learn different things and our soul progresses to the next stage. We die so that we can move on to the next lesson, living in another form, perhaps even in another place or time.
If we lived forever in one body, we would be limited in what we can experience here on earth. An etheopian for example, would never get to learn what it is like to live as a rich man. He would be trapped in a life that he could not escape. Death is our freedom to the next stage for the soul to break free. We choose to come here and where. How many times noone knows.

It is a part of this life. This life is a test, and then when they die they can not do anything else to show what type of person they are. Death is just apart of what people and living things go through.

People die just to make us realize how special they were to us. No one really knows just how special a person was to until they die, and by then it's to late to tell them, and then you start feeling guilty about not telling them how you felt. So tell everyone that's close to you how you feel about them while they're still around.

Accidents and illnesses happen, body didn't turn out well, organs wear out from use. Ashes to ashes and dust to dust. Just like almost everything in this world, there is a season. Computers quit, light bulbs burn out, carpets get dirty and thread bare, houses crumble if they aren't cared for, cars quit and can't be fixed. Trees are knocked over by wind, get a disease or just get old and wear out and slowly crumble to dust. Death is part of life.

Adam and Eve sinned and we became under the curse of sickness and death, but you can live forever if you'll turn to Jesus.
Jesus told Nicodemus that everyone must be 'born again' [spiritually not physically] to enter heaven.
