Then every republican member of congress who voted to send troops into any conflict since World War 2 is guilty of the same thing.

because the US constitution makes it perfectly clear that ONLY Congress can declare war. When Congress voted to authorize George Bush to decide if and when to go to war, they violated their oaths to sustain, uphold and defend the Constitution. Hillary Clinton violated the Constitution and her oath when she voted to allow Congress to run from their responsibility. Now she can say that she wouldn't have voted to authorize this war if she knew then what she knows now. That is not a defense. The US Constitution has not changed since she voted.
It is our responsibility as citizens in this Democracy, to defend our Constitution. We cannot continue to allow elected officials to subvert the authority of our Constitution. Without the Constitution, we are nothing.

On that same line of argument, I shouldn't vote for anyone
else who voted for the war, right?
Please ... everybody, including Congress people, have the
right to change their mind - especially in light of the fact that
THEY were lied to by the current administration.
If we're going all Constitutional, we should have impeached
Bush when we didn't find any WMDs. He lied to the congress
during a Constitutionally mandated function (the State of the
Union, when he announced that he had proof that the Iraqis
had WMDs). As a result of that violation of the law, thousands
of Americans and hundreds of thousands of others have died.
How does that not fit the "High Crimes and Misdimeanors"
clause in the Constitution?
The number of people in elected federal office that did not
vote for that war are relatively few - and they have good
reason to be smug, but they are not the only elected
officials who can constitutionally hold office.
Please.

I am not going to vote for her because of her socialist agenda. I am sorry but if it takes a village to raise a baby, then why are all the teens here in Philly killing each other and the parents are no where to be found? Parents need to be help responsible. She has never experienced living in a troubled neighborhood. Shes a joke. We need someone that can pick an agenda and stick to it. Not to be as fickle as the American public and change your mind every day

Hillary Rodhamhurst Clinton is part of the Bush crime family. I cannot vote for her even though having a woman president would be nice.

You are a typical repub. Blame your S** on someone else. Why don't you do as other repubs and blame Harry Truman or maybe Ike. Get a life. Really, I thought you were going to tell us that it was H. Clintons fault that the World Trade Ctr was attacked.
