I eat cereal in a very odd way. I fill the bowl with milk, and then add the cereal a bit at a time, so that it stays nice and crunchy while I'm eating it. I eat what's there, add more, eat that, etc. till the milk's gone. So, it's kind of hard to say, but going by the box's 'serving size', a LOT more than one serving. 2 or 3 anyway...

you're able to be yearning the sugar restoration. Low salt, fat and sugar cereals are very stable for you. eating 2 bowls of Rolled Oats, Weetbix or uncooked muesli with low fat milk may well be a great ingredient to do daily. eating processed extreme sugar and salt cereals like Cornflakes or maybe sweeter cereals like Nutragrain etc. isn't as healthful. A bowl an afternoon in an in any different case nicely balanced nutrition regimen might nonetheless be fantastic.
