I will face my fear.
I will allow it to pass in me and through me.
When it is gone, I will turn to see fear's path.
Where it has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

I recommend chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, the ultimate Law or truth of the universe, according to Nichiren's teaching. Nichiren is the founder of the Buddhist tradition that is based on the Lotus Sutra and advocates the chanting of this phrase. According to Nichiren's "Orally Transmitted Teachings," the act of devotion (namu) has two aspects: One is to devote oneself to, or fuse one's life with, the eternal unchanging truth; the other is that, through this fusion of one's life with the ultimate, one simultaneously draws forth the inexhaustible wisdom that functions in accordance with changing circumstances.

keep it real

I'm serious. I used to think this expression was silly. i'm an anxious person that just wants people to like me, but the best thing is to be yourself no matter what. **** what people think. **** what the media or society says. **** "objective" reality. reality is what you make of it. for god sakes don't be some superficial phony asshat. I hate that.

"This too shall pass" ...

No truer words can be spoken!
It is the one thing my grandmother and mother used to tell me when all things seemed chaotic, lost or just not worth it....
Puts things into perspective really...

Good luck !: )
