If you are talking about YOUNG women, I'd have to say Brazil. Italy or maybe even Bulgaria.
Indian women are very beautiful.
But with older ladies it's a very different story. By the time they are 40, most "mediterranean types " have shrunk to be five feet tall, all wrinkly and dressed from head to toe in black.
For older ladies I'd -grudgingly- have to say America.

Russian and Italian women are really beautiful - big features that continue to look good when they get older....Swedes look really lovely in their early twenties ...US & English they are both gorgeous. They are feminine and have good figures and know how todress.

If you go by beauty pagents....Puerto Rico followed by venezuela. PR has had 5 Miss Universes to date and 1 runner up....Venezuela has had 4....damn my mom for making watch that crap...
