could i be pregnant?

ok ive been hurting in my lower stomache and on my sides i'm 2 weeks late (my period) ive been sleeping a lot, i get nauseous easily and ive lost interest in food i went to the doctor and they said im the urine test was negative and they gave me some pills to take to make me start my period but im still afraid i could be pregnant

You could have been pregnant and may be starting to miscarry. It's called a blighted ovum. The egg implants, you get signs of pregnancy, but nothing develops. If it were me I wouldn't take the pills and I would wait until my period started on it's own or go back to the Dr. in a week or so. Request an ultrasound to ease your mind. You'll also want to make sure it's not a tubal/etopic pregnancy. HTH

if you are really concerned, take a home pregnancy test and/or a second opinion. i would recommend that the doctor should take a blood test. I cannot remember what it is called, but there is a chemical found only in pregnant females. If this level is high, then yes you are pregnant.

I would talk a pregnancy test at home. If that comes back negative and you still haven't started your period, I would go back to the doctor.

You have alot of the symptoms of pregnancy. Probably you were tested too early and the results were inaccurate. Since you still have some doubt about the test results, I hope you were treating yourself as if you were pregnant..........just in case. Give it some time and try another test. Best of luck!

two weeks late and a negative test you can rest assured you arent pregnant start the pills and use condoms

If you have been sexually active then ofcourse it is possible that you could be pregnant.The doctor may have tested you too early wait a week and take another test.
