Any "enlightened," 420-friendly Spring Break destinations?

Couple of college students here looking to explore some new and interesting places and have a good time doing it. Somewhere isolated and exotic (not weather-wise) would be ideal. I've heard great things about the Pacific coast of Mexico and obviously some European cities like Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Geneva. Any specific recommendations? We're NOT looking for the typical Cancun/Fort Lauderdale/Panama City-type party places!

If you are looking for something different try Morocco...a great 420 destination and definetly different....
