Well, we're not entirely like is portrayed on My Cousin Vinnie, but you would see some interesting things in the South that were created by Rednecks. I could take you and show you a mobile home that is mounted on a pontoon boat frame where some rednecks live during Summer months on a river nearby. Rednecks are portrayed as all racist and KKK types, but that is really not true for all Rednecks.

I live in the south now and I don't think I have met any what you would call Rednecks but my neighbor uses a 4 inch PVC pipe about 6 foot long to shoot fireworks up into the air if that qualifies.

They are VERY patriotic, don't care for anyone who doesn't look and talk like them and drive pickup trucks with several guns in the gunrack.
I live amongst them, so I know.
