I think my Church Pastor may be a member or even possibly a leader of the KKK. The Church claims to be a Protestant Church, but they refuse to serve the disability individuals, mentally or physically, or the "Sinners", and the racial minority rarely stay there for very long. Is it legal for them to claim to be a 501(c)(3) organization, and be so blatantly prejudice with the public at the same time?

If that's what you you think, you should either confront the pastor or just go to a different church. Stop giving them money if you are concerned.

The tax-free piece has nothing to do with what the church believes. Although you and I may not agree with their practices, you really don't want to go down that road - you know, the government dictating what a church must preach.
THAT is what is in the Constitution. There is nothing about not being allowed to post the ten commandments at the courthouse - that's the part the liberals made up.
If you don't believe me, read the constitution.

You need to change congregations. If this is the tenet of your national or world wide church you might want to consider changing churches.

Why are you still going there?
Waiting for him slip up and put the wrong robe on?
Are waiting for the big burning cross to fall and hit you
on the head!
All mighty God himself would understand if you changed church /s. But for the life of me I can't understand why your staying on?

In most cases in America, it is legal to be as idiotic, prejudiced, and stupid as you please, especially if you are a church. No one has to agree with your tenets or principals. If you think that your church has a secret agenda that you do not agree with, go to another church.

Don't you love the people in your church?
Isn't that doing wrong in Christ's eyes.

Yes- they are a private organization and the law protects that right. Be it ethically/morally right or not.

Right or wrong, if you've got a problem, you can always find another church.
