At 4, I would get them a uni-sex drivable car or jeep.
They have so many to choose from.

get them a cadillac escalade driveable truck they will love learning to drive and in a nice sporty vehicle they cost about 300-400 bucks and you can get one at toys r us or maybe target or walmart fred meyers depends where you live what toy stores are near by
