Which moisturizer works the best?

I've used many different brands - right now I'm using Olay Complete - but even though I put gobs of it on, my face is still dry and flaky. What is the BEST moisturizer?

I really like the Philosophy skin care line and their moisturizers . . . I usually purchase from QVC @ qvc.com
