download mcafee antivirus for mobile from link given below. it will surely solve ur problem. formating the phone will not solve ur problem.i also had same problem and mcafee solved my problem.install this in ur phone but dont switch on the real time scan and message scan in it.it will slower down ur phone.just run the scan.

just rip your phone apartand fight the warrior like a man

*#7370# if this des not work then use *#7780#
this will format the phone make a note that the battery is at least
75% full...and give a backup for all your phone memory to memory code
