There are plenty at various book store. But if you are looking for Japanese version, you may get it at Kinokuniya, such as Bugis Junction, highest floor above the cinerma.

If you're looking for english books that teaches how to do nail art, well i don't know where. But if you're looking for ideas for nail art. There's plenty of japanese books about nail art which has tons tons of elegant and gorgeous nail art pictures in kinokuniya.
