How many years does it take to graduate? What classes (I'll be glad if you can explain which lessons are taken each year) does a student get? How is applince? What are the terms of acceptance? What are the terms for graduating, and working as a fellow?

Med school is 4 years. 1 year internship, then 3+ years of residency (depends on what you're doing it in). Fellowship isn't always necessary, but it may be.

To graduate, you have to pass the Board exams. Hopefully a doctor can jump in, but I recall hearing about at least 2 from my doctor friends. They occur at various times during med school, and you have to pass them or else face repeating a year.
