She did the crime she should do the time! That is what happens when you aren't paying attention while you are driving. I have been in 2 major accident where they weren't my fault someone ran a red light and I ended up hurt. I just thank God I didn't die. This poor woman did. Maybe this will make people wake up and see that just because they are famous real life still exists and if you kill someone you should pay for it!

Absolutely not. I'm sure she did not wake up that morning and decide to kill someone; it was an accident! It was unfortunate that someone lost their life, and there is nothing anyone can do to bring her back. Surely Brandy will pay a fine, and quite possibly be sued by the victim's family. By the accounts I have read, there was no drugs or alcohol involved and she is very remorseful so she will probably pay willingly. But jail, NO.

It depends on what the investigation reveals. It is too early to say what punishment she should get. If the evidence proves she is guilty, she should get the same punishment that anyone else would.

Yes. If she committed a crime she should do the time, just like any average joe blow would. Just because she is famous should not get her treated any differently.
