My supervisor, 65 year old male, who sleeps with women ages 20-35 doesn't like me because I am honest, good, and professional.
I am also a lesbian.

Why is he like this?

You can't teach an old dog new tricks - consider what the environment was like when he was growing up 40's and 50's with the woman keeping house and her man satisfied...

There are a myriad of reasons why your supervisor may not like you. Some are:

He feels threatened by your professionalism, honesty, goodness.
He feels threatened - perhaps emasculated - by your lesbianism.
He's an a$$hole, plain and simple.

How does he display his dislike for you? If you're talking lower salary, harrassing comments, or unequal workloads, you may have a discrimination suit on your hands. If you can't talk to him about it, talk to your HR department or employee relations representative.

He is an old fashioned old geeze because he was raised that being gay or bi is wrong.
