The Zune is a MILLION times better than an Ipod!! I bought my zune the day they were released in stores! both of my brothers and sisters have an Ipod and they want a zune now that they've been able to mess around with mine! My best friend and boyfriend bought a zune after they already had an ipod. With a zune you can transfer pictures and songs to other zunes. and there IS a way to get around the 3times in 3 days thing!! The screen is larger then the Ipod, the zune itself is more durable, you can watch movies, music videos, episodes of your favorite tv shows, and much much more! I don't have time to name every thing the Zune does, Its awesome!! I'd go with a ZUNE forsure!!
plus, Ipods break so easily, not to mention the scratches!! The zune is scratch resistant!

These are the comparisons from circuitcity.com. In my opinion, the Zune is a better choice. Unless you find a sale on either media players, which is very rare, the prices are the same. On the other hand, everything else is different. The zune includes everything that the IPod does: video, music, and photo capabilities, as well as an FM tuner and the innovative wireless file sharing with other Zunes. The catagorization of the media on the Zune is similar to the IPod as well as the controls. Those features are what helped the IPod become what it is, as well as endless advertising and accessories. Actually, the lack of accessories for the Zune would be the only con to it, but with any new product, give it time and there will be plenty to choose from.

ipod is better, even that zune has a bigger screen, the resolution of it is very bad, so you will not see a clear image on it, that's the diference with ipod, that the quality of movies and video is better, also you will not go with a product that is new, and has been made in a rush, you should get a lot of failuresm ipod is in the market for what 5 6 years even more, then there is some experience you should think about, and also wait to the new widescreen ipod that will come maybe this year, something like the iphone, but just ipod

As far as I know, the Zune isn't really better...Microsoft just wanted to compete with Apple.
The Zune does let you do something else though...you can (in the words of MS CEO Steve Balmer) "squirt" (o_O) a song into someone else's Zune, and they can listen to it 3 times, or for 3 days...doesn't seem that useful, especially since it only works with other Zune's. That's all the Zune's Wi-Fi is used for, too - you can't do anything else with the wireless internet on it.

well according to rating ipod have been getting returned at a fast rate there breaking easily and dont work a zune is very bulky and will last longer and is more durable so zune i would recommend is better very well built my friend loves hers and my other friend bought an ipod it broke two days later so go with the zune youll love it~!

i have a ZUNE....love it!

the video picture is very clear, you just have to watch when you synch it that your files remain where they should, which shouldn't be so complicated because the Zune software gives you the results in an easy-to-read format

it aint better zune is new and has bugs they still need to fix my freind has a zune and i had an ipod. I dont have problems with my ipod and my freind is put up with his zune becasue he has problems with keeping the songs on the zune he puts them on and then they delte off of the zune by its self.
