Just like I answered in one of the other categories, Whether or not Brandy should go to jail is not for me to decide. I was not there nor do I know the full circumstances of the situation. But I do know that a young mother is dead, leaving young children behind to morn her death and Brandy's fate is not going to change that fact. Nor is spending time in jail going to make those young children's pain anymore bearable. I think everyone is caught up on the wrong side of accident.

Well, I am a little confused about the situation. I THINK SHE SHOULD pay a certain penalty for what she did considering the fact that she was intentionally driving too fast, but then she is a celebrity and they tend to get out of things easier than a regular person would, so I want to see that change as well...

Celebrities are screwing up all the time, and the only thing that happens,is they get to do community service. Probably sitting around doing nothing but signing autographs,(but anyway),because she did cause the accident,I think she should pay the family of the woman who was killed. I dought very seriously, that she will go to jail. None of them ever do!.

i don't have faith she will do any penitentiary time - no longer because of the fact she's a action picture star, yet because of the fact human beings not often do for this might charge. The regulation says one ingredient, however the human beings imposing the regulation understand that together because it grew to become into unlucky somebody died, it grew to become into an accident - if it grew to become into because of reckless or negligent driving they could evaluate submitting a greater severe cost against her. a million year in penitentiary and an excellent of $a million,000 is the optimal penalty for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in CA - greater effective than possibly in the event that they cost her, she will plea to a lesser cost and pay an excellent, only like absolutely everyone else.

Fans would disagree because they feel sympathy for her, but if you believe in the law, then she might as well serve her time. Plus, some jail can actually show her how to be a better person. Now, I am not being cruel but I believe in the law in my opinion.

why not? if i did it, i would be in jail. but we all know the politics of being a famous celebrity and with the nice girl image she already had, i'm sure she'll get community service or something.

She should be treated the same as anyone else. Just whatever the court decides. I know it must be a tough thing to go through.

I answered this in celebrities, so I'll just say what I said there.
It depends on what the investigation reveals. It is too early to say what punishment she should get. If the evidence proves she is guilty, she should get the same punishment that anyone else would.
