a guy i know plays in a band and does a few acoustic songs that are great:
spanish fly - van halen (i didnt know you could do stuff like that on acoustic)
dee - randy rhoads (short and sweet, but grabs attn easily)
layla unplugged - eric clapton (everyone knows that one so it goes over well).
he does others too, but those ones always go over well.
