From last week i am feeling little pain in my lower abdomen just down of the naval line. also i there is little white discharge which is smelly. I feel heaviness in my bladder too. The pain is not so severe only exist sometimes when taking long breath i feel something is there in my lower abs. but should i go for ultrasound or any other test.

You could have a couple problems here. I would not suggest an ultrasound, rather, see your gynecologist, or local emergency department to have a pelvic exam done. You may have an STD, causing the smelly white discharge and abdominal pain. Another problem could be a possible urinary tract infection, which may have been the result of an acquired STD, or perhaps not. A simple cathed urine will show if you have a UTI.
If there is any itchy feeling, or if the white discharge is cottage cheese looking, that could indicate a yeast infection. To treat this simply go to the store and pick up some Monistat.
Either way, your best bet is to see a doctor to have it evaled. If an ultrasound is warrented to determine if there is a problem with the IUD, I'm sure it would be one of the last things examined.

Yes I suggest you go back to your doctor and let them decided if you are having problems or not.
