Age is definitely a factor in addition to your location. Do you live in a cold climate? What's a gerey lop? Do you mean grey lop? I have over 10 years of experience with several breeds of rabbits and I can only think of age and climate conditions. However, if you are seriously worried, you may want to go seek a veternarian who specializes in rabbits. It's very difficult to find a vet who specializes in rabbits so I hope you find one who knows how to treat them.

It's also possible he has a nutritional deficiency. Get him a mineral block from a pet store. He'll like it, it's cheap, and it can only help. If his mineral levels are the problem, it might clear up the white fur at his next moult, or at least stop him from getting sick. Keep an eye on him in case he starts to lose weight. If that happens, something deeper is going wrong.
If he's young, he might just be developing his adult color.

I have a Holland Lop, she is black, and her fur is starting to turn white. My vet told me it was just part of the aging process.
