U noticed it right. Teenage girls stink when they sweat. Actually their sweat also contains sebum which is the secreation of sebaceous glands and it consists mainly of fats, keratin and cellular materials. The activities of sebaceous glands are at peak during teenage and it applies to boys as well. The sebaceous glands are chiefly located in the underarms, the groin and the pubic regoin. This smell has got some connection with attracting the opposite sex too.

Yeah, sweat is technically odorless, it's the bacteria that makes it stink. Bad hygiene habits in teenage girls may be the reason, maybe they don't know yet they smell and hasn't been taught how to be clean enough.

Sweat is Uric acid, it mixes with Dermis(germs on the skin, bacteria). This combination is very bad stinking effect., each one by itself is bad enough.
Teenager has lot to learn about taking care of things so it is a matter of learning curve also.

sweat of everyone stinks...but its not technically the sweat...its the bacteria that it mixes with.
